I’ve recently learned of the terminal illness of my best friend’s mother. As far back as I can remember, him and his family has been a part of my life. Many of my earliest memories of childhood involve them. Over the years, she’s basically become a second mother to me. So for now, I’ll leave the names out of this to preserve their privacy.

I am at my friend Ed’s house. In the living room, we are watching TV. He has a girl, an older lady who I thought was her mom, but isn’t, and another male friend over. I have my brother with me. We’re all watching TV when Ed decides to tell the girl that I like her. I don’t really like her, but he tells her anyways. She tells him that she doesn’t feel the same about me. Then I must wrestle Ed, WWF style in order to pay him back for embarrassing me. Well, Halloween came and went. Slept through most of it myself. It totally sucked. I wasn’t able to dress up this year. Oh well. There’s always next year… I’m gunna be trying to get the forums to work again probably sometime this weekend.. For now though, I sleep cause I feel like shit. |
