I was at Crash Mansion tonight with Ed. Wow it was awesome. The venue was sweet as hell as usual. But tonight was this one band, Red Weather, who I must say was amazing. Although they did mostly covers, they did not do your standard covers. They didn’t do your traditional 3 minute radio song covers. These guys covered musicians ranging from Jimi Hendrix to Led Zepplin to Creme. One song that I actually managed to sort of time clocked in at over 10 minutes. They stepped on stage looking a little strange at first, all the members except one sporting large afros, but looking like white guys mostly. Reminded me of At The Drive-In for some reason. The lead singer of Red Weather also played the sax, accompanied by a cute AND talented back-up singer, an insane guitarist and a talented bassist and drummer. The guitarist definitely stole the show, playing rediculously accurate and complicated solos.

So I had another dream. I don’t remember much about it. I remember at one point in my dream, I was threatened by some africans from Zimbabwe I think, so I started singing some song that I think is in their language. An open letter to George Bush. Dear George Bush, It’s time to stop being an idiot and start realizing that you have options available to you that can help the world community. The senate and house of reps have both passed a bill which you promised to veto because of your religious beliefs. The [...] I am at my friend Ed’s house. In the living room, we are watching TV. He has a girl, an older lady who I thought was her mom, but isn’t, and another male friend over. I have my brother with me. We’re all watching TV when Ed decides to tell the girl that I like her. I don’t really like her, but he tells her anyways. She tells him that she doesn’t feel the same about me. Then I must wrestle Ed, WWF style in order to pay him back for embarrassing me. Women cannot drive… Or better yet, they can’t park. Even better, they can’t put their vehicle in park. My mom had people over and one of them was having trouble getting their car to start. They thought it was a starter issue because nothing happened when they turned the key. Also, the interior lights [...] So I started taking some courses at a local community college to bang out some extra credits I need in order to graduate. In one of the classes, I was the only person who is attending another school; everyone else was a full fledged community college student. I feel like most of the people [...] Apparently, joining the armed forces in this country doesnt mean a thing once you get back from service. Risking life and limb in Iraq, now or 15 years ago, or in Vietnam or just serving in times of peace doesn’t mean that the government will help you out at all. Approximately 50% of the [...] My 29 gallon aquarium is mostly all set up and populated with fish. I have Glolite Tetras, Bloodfin Tetras, Oto catfish and Amano shrimp. There are currently five different species of plants in the aquarium. The plants are Vallisneria, Water Sprite, Dwarf Hairgrass and two others which I am not sure of. I set [...] |
